Company founder Gerhard Holzmann, a professional stuccoist and German civil engineer, is a multiple‑certified expert in the assessment of structural damage and construction defects in both residential and commercial buildings. With a background in monument preservation, he also examines and evaluates heritage‑listed properties with specialist care and precision.
With over 37 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Holzmann has authored several hundred publications on natural building materials and specialist construction topics, and is widely recognised as a speaker at professional conferences and technical forums.
