The owner and company founder Gerhard Holzmann (craft trained stuccoist and studied civil engineer) is a multiply certified expert for structural damages and defects in and around buildings. Mr. Holzmann has been working in the construction industry for more than 35 years. In addition to this, he is known as the author of several hundred publications concerning natural building materials and specialist literature in various media as well as a speaker for specialist lectures. The Holzmann Team benefits from his experience and keeps the work on a profound high standard.

Through the long-term and close cooperation with lawyers specialized on construction right and colleagues from other key focus areas, the expert office Holzmann-Bauberatung® is able to offer you extremely extensive support concerning the entire building construction sector.
